Patriot Power Blender

I don’t know about you, but I love a good smoothie. When 4 Patriots reached out during quarantine to do a remote shoot with their new line of blenders I jumped at the opportunity. This was one of the first projects that I tackled during quarantine that was not just products on white. I was able to flex my creative muscle on this project and deliver some fun bright photos that met their art direction and imaging needs.


The client provided remote art direction. They provided a basic mood board and gave me a color pallet to work off. During the shoot, I provided a live DropBox link so that the client could proof the photos as we went.

For this shoot which was early during quarantine, I worked without a food or prop stylist. I completed this shoot from my small home studio. I worked with foods and fruit that were ordered from my local Whole Foods and delivered directly to my door. The solid color backgrounds were purchased from B&H and delivered directly to my door. The surfaces were sourced locally through Bessie Bakes.

Conclusion

To wrap it up this was a really fun shoot. I was super thankful for this shoot during the beginning of COVID. It allowed me to flex my creative muscle with out a full creative team behind me. It was a fun experiment and just goes to show what I can create independently.
