A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to do an editorial photography piece at Omni Hut in Smyrna, Tennessee for Murfreesboro Magazine. Omni Hut is one of the favorite "locals only" restaurants in Nashville. Despite having lived in Nashville since 1998 this was my first trip to Omni Hut. Last month I got the opportunity to photograph some delicious ethnic eats at Fin Fusion in Murfreesboro for Murfreesboro Magazine. I love the challenge of shooting food for editorials. The biggest challenge is that you never know what you are going to get, or how awesome the location may or may not be. The other big challenge is to not eat all of the food... Last month I photographed The Diner Nashville for Nashville Lifestyles. It was a great shoot where I got to photograph some interiors and some food. The Diner Nashville is one of the few restaurants in Nashville's downtown core that is open 24 hours a day.
